The Concerned Clergy Group in Kansas City met with reporters Wednesday and criticized the way in which former city manager Wayne Cauthen was dismissed. These are excerpts of the news conference, and file video of Cauthen leaving City Hall last week.

This is EXACTLY the procedure that Cauthen dictated for the termination of nearly 300 employees sacrificed so he could get a chief of staff and a bigger contract. Immoral-Perhaps. Appropriate-Absolutely. Get over it folks. He got fired.

So it wasw immoral last Spring when 200 KCMO employees were laid off due to Cauthen's mismanagement and they were all escorted from their various work locations by city se**rity. Hmmm...wonder how they felt.
