The first person to win a Grammy in rap is too much of an "element" to perform in Kansas City, MO in the year 2009? That is amazing. The only thing the officials can come up with is the levels were too high?? The must have been out of town during the NCAA basketball tournament or around the time every rock concert at the Sprint center lets all their concert goers out. I have been there and you can't hold a conversation for about a five block radius but that is okay with the officials because that kind of music is not generally appealling to the "element" they don't want in the area anyway.
