I don't what you have been smokin. Because the Chiefs have a developmental end situation and an aging line doesen't translate into keeping Larry Johnson. He can't blo**, he can't catch a pass and he is a moody non-team player who can't stay out of trouble with the Law. Exactly the opposite player the new management wants. Kolby Smith and Jamal Charles are much more versatile and are proven team players THE CHIEFS DO NOT NEED LARRY JOHNSON! Did Larry take you out to lunch?

Are you kidding?!! We don't have a running game WITH L.J., so it doesn't really matter without L.J.!

I disagree with your premiss. Running ba**s are a dime a dozen in this league. Denver will be releasing 3 or 4 ba**s alone. I'm sure Pioli know that he could find a serviceable ba** later this summer.

What a ridi**lous line of thinking. Where do you get your disinformation. I look in the Star every day for some useful Chiefs information, but am about to stop, based on such ridi**lous supposed insight from A*** Teicher. My 12 year old knows more about football than AT.

Yes I agree. Once they released Gonzalez it was clear they must keep LJ.

Larry's sto** went up in smoke along time ago. For you to say they need him I feel is flying in the face of common sense. Running ba**s are out there good ones that our team players and law abiding citizens.

This is the first vlog from A*** that I thought wss completely off base. I'd rather have a use shoe string and a paper clip than Larry Johnson. He hurts the team in every possible way. Sign Edge James and move on. We might as well get an old man RB that at least used to be good.

It's like Lawrence Phillips all over with this guy. Remember that woman abuser, A***? How many teams wanted Lawrence Phillips? His phone wasn't ringing off the hook, and if LJ doesn't work out in KC, for any reason, sti** a fork in him. The only reason he's still here is that no one is willing to trade a 7th round pi** for the rights to him. LJ needs KC right now, a good deal more than you realize. If he stops roughing up girls and funnels that aggression into our blo**ing scheme, he may survive another year or two here.

I agree. There are posters on here who don't want LJ on the team. That doesn't mean he can't be a valuable component to a team that will be trying to find its new identity. Smith nor Charles inspires confidence to date. We can't continue to plug holes while creating others. That's a zero sum game.

The Chiefs will not start the season with the team we have assembled today. They will look much different, with some key FA signings come opening day. Relax everybody and let the front office we just hired do their job.

Neither Mr. Charles nor Mr. Smith is equal to one Larry Johnson. Larry is more versatile than many of the disgruntled want to admit. If the Chiefs throw passes to him, he catches them. Just look at his catches in the years before the Chiefs for reasons unknown decided not to throw to him in 2008: 04-22, 05-33, 06-41, 07-30 and 08-12. And how about this: yards per catch 9.3 and yards after catch 10.9. Did someone actually say Larry Johnson couldn’t catch the football? No one can complain about Larry’s blo**ing in 2008 and his 4.5 yards per carry average is exceptional. I don’t understand all of this criticism. Its Looks to me like Larry Johnson is an all around productive running ba**. Something else to think about, Larry Johnson still has good wheels.

Oh come on A***! How good was Larry Johnson last year under that same O line? Dump this loser and get someone that at least wants to be here and doesn't provide distraction to what this team needs to do.

Uuuhhh... no. Chiefs shouldn't keep LJ because the offensive line is, well... offensive. LJ can't run if he doesn't get good blo**ing. It's too bad KC didn't pi** up a RB in the draft. But I don't see LJ's value to the Chiefs.

A***. Put the touchy feely, "who needs who" and "who is happy" aside. No Chiefs fan WANTS Larry Johnson.
