The fire truck that hit and killed a 7-year-old boy passed brake inspections conducted by two of three companies, Kansas City Fire Department officials announced today. According to the first test, however, one of Pumper 10's four brakes failed. Two more companies conducted tests in which all four brakes passed. (Video by Todd Feeback - March 12, 2009)
