I fully agree. They deserve to be able to move on and have a good opurtunity to find another job. This is becoming a little "classless" by Clark in my opinion. There's no way in hell Herm can come back unless the next GM hires Herm's staff. It's hard to put all the blame on a coach when knowone knows who was responsible for the draft failures on high picks. Lord knows Carl would never man up to answer that.
