Long enough to clear cookies, refresh, hit submit... lather, rinse, repeat. That's elementary, my dear Watson. Funny how your "networking" resulted in hundreds of votes at almost exactly the same time. Oh well. It would be cool if somebody accidentally voted a few hundred times for a video that actually deserved to win, as opposed to the four who clearly didn't feel comfortable allowing legitimate votes to speak for themselves.
