I thought the look of the film was beautiful, but it was a predictable premise

Really? Is this based off of artistic merit or how many aliases the director can vote from?

This video is by far the most creative out of the whole bunch. It deals with the power of the subconscious and plays with the idea that something as innocent as a dog could actually act as a catalyst in the turning point of your life.

well done. By far the most creative. I believe this is a video most people can relate to, unlike most of the others.

Comments on this movie are the most defensive, by far, hands down. I think we need a "moment of clarity" here. "*******" should have been a finalist. It was at least as good as this one, and I prefer something that makes me laugh. It was original. This wasn't -- it's a pretty trite concept. It's a **riosity how it's getting so many votes when the "Popularity meter" shows it as middle of the road. At least this is better than Chris Talkin'. But that's saying very little.

A vote is a vote. Evidently this video is getting the votes and you cry babies can't take it. This is a creative and thought provoking film. What do you want with 29 seconds. I'd rather see a dog talk than children in home videos. REALLY how creative is that.

why are all these people whining? it's a video in a contest. get real. which ever video the public likes the best will win. period.

Hey! We can just keep voting! Just delete your cookies, then you can vote again and again and again!

OK SRSLY 350 votes == mass cheating going on here... Granted winning this contest is like winning the special olympics of video making... still 200 votes in one day while the others didn't get anything = something fishy... Trust me this video is not that good.

i will be honest. i have told ever one i have ever met in the world about this contest. that is not cheating. it's promoting an insightful video. plus, my computer won't let me vote more than once...i tried. stop crying, find some creativity, and produce something as thoughtful as this video. otherwise, please stop trying to put down other people to make yourself feel better. that is very elementary school, don't you think?

It's pretty evident something is amiss when the video is not that stellar. It's not insightful. I watched the results last ***ht around 9:45-10:00 going up by one vote every 5 seconds. Long enough to clear cookies, refresh, hit submit... lather, rinse, repeat. That's elementary, my dear Watson. Maybe that wasn't you, shelbyh, but I think with enough immature defensive comments, and just as many pointing out that it's not *that* great, something is awry. It's kind of sad that the Star can't have this fun contest and not have it be as marred as the 2000 presidential race. I hope the Supreme Court isn't called in on this one.

wow chingy, you must be really into this contest considering you notice a point inc. every 5 seconds. thats dedication. thanks for being so interested and supporting this video! Very much appreciated!

WOW I didn't even know about deleting cookies or how to cheat. I just like the way this video is shot and edited. Let's all make a federal case about a little video contest. Get a life! Vote or Don't

Wow, a few days away and look at all the comments. No, I did not submit the video. Yes I helped film it. I think I'm allowed to say a positive note about it. It appears some think we are cheating... well networking is a skill. I'm not going to say anything negative about the rest of the videos, I mean it is hard to come up with something worthwhile in 29 seconds. Whether or not this video is "stellar" doesn't really matter. I personally think it is one of the only ones that has much more to it under the surface, which is maybe why we have worked harder to network it. I think it deserves to win. All we have here is proof that networking is a better tool than deleting cookies, which is something only a guilty person would ac**se us of.

Funny how your "networking" resulted in hundreds of votes at almost exactly the same time. Oh well. It would be cool if somebody accidentally voted a few hundred times for a video that actually deserved to win, as opposed to the four who clearly didn't feel comfortable allowing legitimate votes to speak for themselves.

You guys are all retarded. All these videos (most of them anyway) including this one, were ok, but let's face it, this was not meant to be such a big deal. they were all entertaining, and that's what this was supposed to be about. Of course, I (like everyone else who had nothing to do with this video) am quite sure that blatant cookie-tampering (cookie-gate!) and cheating is going on here, but a win by cheat is a hollow win, no matter how much you deny the cheating. I suggest that next time the star does this, that it not be for a contest. Just for fun. Obviously the 'adults' can't handle contests and competition.btw, i have no stake in this at all-no kids or dogs or cats in these videos are mine! but i couldn't resist commenting.

ps-i should mention, one of my faves didn't even make it to the finalists...the flower blooming on leap day...very **te. Oh, if only I'd known about that cookie tri** before they named the finalists!
