A three-year-old child was rescued from a lower level apartment building at 11400 Blue Ridge Boulevard just before noon Thursday. The child was transported to the hospital and the extent of injuries is unknown. The apartment comlex is callled Ruskin Place Apartments. (Jan. 31, 2013 Video by Keith Myers | The Kansas City Star)
